Shivakumar S S is the Founder of Unity Fitness, an MSc graduate in Yogic Sciences and a national-level yoga awardee. With over 25 years of personal practice and over 10 years of teaching experience, he specializes in integrating authentic yogic principles with modern movement science. Through Unity Fitness, he is dedicated to helping individuals build strength, mobility and long-term well-being through practical and sustainable yogic practices, while cultivating greater awareness and balance in everyday life
