Refund Policy

We want every participant to feel confident in joining Unity Fitness. This policy outlines when and how refunds are issued.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be requested within 7 days of payment, provided that no more than 2 live sessions of the program have been attended. After this window, fees become non-refundable.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@unityfitness.in with your registration name, email, and reason for the request. We will respond within 3 business days.

3. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Discounted or promotional registrations, as well as program materials already delivered, are non-refundable.
